The purpose of the Lake Linganore Dolphins Swim team is to provide a quality competitive and instructional summer swim team program ages 5-18.  We believe swimming is an outstanding summer activity that promotes fitness and teaches an athlete to strive for physical performance beyond what would be possible in other sports.  Swimming is an exciting individual and team sport.  Our goal is to teach young athletes how to set and achieve personal goals through consistent hard work, respect coaches and officials, develop a fun-loving competitive environment through commitment, teamwork and pride.  A swim season consists of eight consecutive weeks, including the All-Star Meet, which runs from approximately the beginning of June through the end of July.

FSSL, Frederick Summer Swim League, and will abide by their rules and regulations for all swim meets.
